Not necessarily. Most people need an adjustment period of 1 to 4 weeks. Hearing loss usually develops gradually over many years, so your brain needs time to readjust to amplified sound. The best speech clarity may take 6 to 12 weeks to develop.

During this time, gradually increase how long you wear the hearing aids and start in quiet environments before moving to noisier ones. If high-frequency sounds feel too sharp, don't just put up with it — lower the gain for that range in the app, or request remote fitting support. If discomfort or ear pain persists, stop wearing them and contact a hearing care professional.

2. Activate the Hearing Aids: Place the hearing aids in the charging case as instructed to activate them for first-time use.

3. Download the App: Download the Anker Health app from your app store.

4. Pair via Bluetooth: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your hearing aids.

5. Complete Self-Fitting: Use the app to adjust volume, EQ, and other available settings.

6. Optional Remote Fitting: Book a remote video fitting for one-on-one guidance if needed.

You get a 90-day worry-free trial starting from the date you place your order, giving you time to try the hearing aids in real-life situations.

Before returning them, we recommend wearing them for at least 3 weeks, since most concerns can be addressed through adjustments in the Anker Health app or with remote fitting support. Returns must include the original packaging and all accessories. Return shipping is covered, with no additional fees.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
